For those of us which VADV's built-in sysop pager doesn't work (due to no PC speaker, or newer versions of Windows?), VADV32 v4.1 has a new pager feature that will play a .wav file or pop up a notification window in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. The .wav file to play can be configured through VADV32's Settings menu, VADV32 Configuration item, Notifications tab, Pager WAV option.
